This paper aims to determine how Advanced Analytic can be used in the aviation industry by utilizing Python and SQ to increase profitability and efficiency. Some key considerations that are troubling the airline industry include the enhanced legislation on the environment, high flying charges, and constraints within the labour market, which affects the profits of the companies. The prospect of obtaining relevant information from various arrays of data regarding aircraft activities, passengers, and fare policies of airlines using Python, which encompasses a wide range of functionalities for data manipulation and data visualisations, and SQL, widely known for its efficient querying language. It is a powerful tool that allows an academic to connect to a SQLite database, analyse data using SQL queries, and then organise outcomes and view them to identify patterns and potential for further improvement. For analyzing data for the specific marketing of passengers and for optimizing the routes, time schedules, and other such factors, the study uses data mining through K-means clustering techniques, for identity trends in passenger numbers and fuel prices the study use time series analysis, and for finding optimal solutions to tricky optimization problems like timetable’s or resources’ allocation & utilization, the study uses heuristic intelligence. The results of the study indicate that managing occupancy rates and properly distributing the spare capacities may have a great impact on enhancing the profitability of the enterprise. The report also avails recommendations regarding the analysis of the data-driven solutions and strategic actions proven useful in addressing challenges within the labour market, managing the effects of rising taxes, as well as accommodating the requirements of the environment. In conclusion, this study propounds the retrospective and progressive implications of integrating SQL and Python into a potent analysis tool in the airline sub-sector, which provides a strategic direction for further aviation industry improvement and optimization in terms of operations and profitability for sustainability in a relatively cut- throat sector.
