This graduation thesis is dedicated to modeling and optimizing the business processes of a company engaged in the production, distribution and saleы of starters. The relevance of the work is driven by the necessity for small businesses to continuously improve their business processes to maintain competitiveness and efficiency. The research object is the activities of the company involved in the production, distribution and sales of starters. The research subject is the order fulfillment process, including sub-processes of order taking and goods shipment. The research aim is to enhance the order fulfillment process by reducing manual labor and using IT technologies. The tasks of the work include studying theoretical foundations, analyzing current business processes, modeling processes using BPMN notation and developing recommendations and an implementation plan for IT solutions, including chatbots and trade equipment. The practical significance of the research lies in the potential use of the proposed recommendations to improve the order taking and goods shipment processes, leading to cost reduction and increased efficiency of the company's operations. The thesis comprises three chapters: an overview of the specifics of food production and process automation, analysis of the existing order fulfillment process and recommendations for its optimization and project planning for process improvement using IT solutions. The conclusion presents key findings and an assessment of the economic efficiency of the proposed changes.
