Modern trends in the development of information technology are characterized by an increasing availability of various forms of entertainment on the internet. At the same time, there is a decline in motivation and interest among younger generations in reading. This is accompanied by the loss of continuity in cultural heritage, since children increasingly identify with characters from other cultures, losing touch with their own history and traditions. The present study proposes a conceptual model for an innovative educational and entertaining website with a marketplace, based on the motifs of fairy tales. This approach can help to overcome the aforementioned problems. In addition, the paper presents a methodological approach for the development of this service. As part of the final qualification project, the process of creating a prototype is detailed. Along with it, the results of a two-stage assessment of the site prototype are presented, including expert evaluation and UX testing with representatives of the target audience. The data collected provides a comprehensive insight into the developed concept and its potential to solve problems and meet users' expectations.
