Development of the Information System for the Youth Accelerator in a Large Financial Company

This research focuses on the creation of an information system for a youth accelerator within a large financial organization. The research focuses on analyzing the current training and administrative processes in the youth accelerator, identifying critical issues, and identifying needs for improvement through digital technologies. The research develops the concept and architecture of an information system that should improve access to training materials, simplify testing processes, and enhance communication between participants. Methods are proposed for centralizing data and resources that will greatly facilitate course management and distribution of educational content. The research concludes with recommendations for system implementation, scalability, and adaptation to changing technological and educational requirements. This project represents an important step towards improving the quality of education in the youth accelerator, offering a long-term solution to support youth innovation and entrepreneurship.
