In an environment of global digitalization and increasing competition, companies securing industrial and infrastructure facilities are faced with the need to optimize data management and reporting. The lack of modern business intelligence tools can lead to inefficient data utilization, low forecast accuracy and high maintenance costs for information systems. The relevance of the topic stems from the growing need for effective data management and reporting to improve competitiveness and sustainability. The implementation of a business intelligence system helps to improve management quality, reduce operational risks and increase productivity, which is especially important in a dynamic market. The purpose of the study is to describe the process of implementing a business intelligence system for an industrial and infrastructure security company to improve data management and reporting. To achieve this goal, the following tasks are set: review of the selected company, analysis of the current state of information systems and business processes, formalization of requirements for the business intelligence system, selection and justification of system components, development of an implementation plan and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of the business intelligence system. The object of the study is the FTC Group, which is engaged in the security of infrastructure facilities nationwide, and the subject of the study is the business intelligence system. The study uses methods of literature and practical experience analysis and synthesis, structured interview method, enterprise architecture modeling and visualization, and comparison of the components of the system to be implemented.
