In today's world, business companies store significant amounts of data in their corporate information systems. The amount of this data is growing monthly, so there is a need to implement an effective search mechanism for this data. This work is devoted to the development of relevant and fault-tolerant search in a corporate messenger. In the theoretical part of the work, the basic concepts and approaches to ensuring the quality of search are considered. Special attention is paid to the concept of relevance in the context of corporate systems. The abstract architecture of the corporate messenger is presented and the choice of a suitable fault-tolerant search engine is justified. Various methods of modeling search signals and the structure of search indexes are investigated. The practical part of the work includes the development and configuration of search indexes and templates in the selected search engine. The processes of creating and optimizing search queries using various search engine mechanisms (mappings, filters, analyzers, tokenizers, etc.) are described, which allows for high relevance and search efficiency. As a result, this development was implemented and tested using the example of a corporate messenger in a real company. The results of the experiment showed a significant improvement in clickability (CTR) and the average clicked position in the search results.
