Improvement of the Procurement Management System for Spare Auto Parts

Topic: Improvement of the system of spare parts procurement management The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the inventory management system in the company SamAuto. Problems in inventory management lead to excessive accumulation or shortage of components, increased storage costs and lost profits due to lack of flexibility in responding to market changes. Today's economic environment requires adaptive procurement management systems capable of minimizing costs and speeding up the delivery process, which improves responsiveness and international competitiveness. The object of the study - is an automobile company LLC SP "SamAvto". Subject of the study - is the activities of the company SamAuto, related to the planning, optimization of spare parts procurement and the development of strategic improvements to increase the efficiency of these processes. The purpose of the study is to identify and eliminate the problems of inefficient planning and inventory management in SamAuto company by developing comprehensive recommendations aimed at strengthening the accuracy of demand forecasting, optimizing inventory levels and improving procurement strategies. In order to achieve the above objective, the following objectives should be addressed: 1. To analyze the current state of the procurement management system in SamAuto company. 2. To study the procurement management methods and models applicable in the automotive industry. 3. To develop an algorithm of procurement management, including recommendations on organizational and functional interaction of the company's divisions. 4. Evaluate the economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. The main method of research is the analysis of literature on procurement management, as well as the study of financial, economic and logistic activities of SamAuto company. Methods of analysis, generalization and systematization of data, as well as elements of the theory of inventory management and logistics are used. The work includes three chapters: 1. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of the current state of the procurement management system in the company SamAuto, the assessment of financial, economic and logistic activities. 2. The second chapter presents a review of the theoretical foundations of procurement management, analyzes the methods and models of procurement management in logistics. 3. The third chapter contains the development of procurement management algorithm, recommendations on organizational and functional interaction of the company's divisions and assessment of economic efficiency of the proposed solutions. The work contains an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of used literature. The volume of the work is 73 pages, including figures and tables.
