**Abstract** In the modern world, the field of marketing is becoming increasingly dynamic and competitive, requiring enterprises to constantly improve their advertising strategies. Marketing campaigns are becoming more intense, involving numerous advertising creatives across various channels and platforms. The goal of this work is to assess the demand for and create an automated system that allows brands to automatically monitor the creatives of their competitors. A detailed analysis of the field, key business processes, and user requirements was conducted using methodologies such as As-Is/To-Be analysis, BPMN for business process modeling. The architecture was developed using IDEF1X, and the service was implemented on Java Spring Boot utilizing technologies like multithreading, RESTful API, Big Data, and artificial intelligence. The results showed that such a system reduced time and human resource costs, optimizing the workflow of marketers and planners, and provided automated tools for collecting and analyzing data on advertising creatives. Regular updates to the system's functionality will ensure a high level of competitiveness for the company.
