ABSTRACT (in Russian and English) 90 pages, 3 chapters, 28 figures, 9 tables, 58 sources SUPPORT FOR MANAGEMENT DECISIONS USING INFORMATION SYSTEMS The work is devoted to the study of the implementation of specific technological solutions in the Russian flax processing company «Russian Flax». The purpose of the study is to evaluate the digital solutions most suitable for implementation in the company in question. The practical significance of this work lies in the prospects for introducing similar digital solutions not only at the Russian Flax company, but also at other Russian flax processing enterprises in the Russian Federation. This work covers the analysis of the internal and external environment of the company. The work used PESTEL analysis, Porter's 5-forces analysis, KFU analysis and SWOT analysis. Among other things, the author of the study conducted a survey of employees, as well as a semi-structured interview with them in order to identify bottlenecks in the functioning of the company. The author comes to the conclusion that the most appropriate is the implementation of an ERP system. The study is aimed at a comprehensive economic assessment of the implementation of this digital solution - which is a key factor in determining its future viability. Including the financial aspect may be critically important for third-party flax processing companies that will express a desire to use similar solutions.
