The machine-building complex of the Russian Federation is a basic component of the country's economy (GDP share - 15%) and one of the most important areas of manufacturing industry. A significant role in the industry is played by the production of agricultural machinery. In view of the current economic situation, production enterprises are actively engaged in import substitution, but over the past few years there has been a decline in production.
