Development of Marketing Communications Monitoring System in Tinkoff Bank Mobile Application

In the context of increasing digitalization and the growing preference for online services, Tinkoff Bank actively leverages electronic channels to interact with its customers. A significant portion of these interactions occurs through the mobile application, including the receiving of marketing messages by customers. The aim of this project is to develop a marketing communications monitoring system that tracks errors in the setup of marketing campaigns. This system will help the company save millions of rubles and assist analysts in ensuring the integrity of their tests. Within the scope of this work, requirements for the system were collected, a monitoring system for marketing communications in the mobile bank was developed and implemented, and both financial and non-financial results of the implementation were calculated.
