Development of a Payroll Platform for Digitalization and Optimization of Personnel Outstaffing in the Company

This thesis examines the process of digitizing and automating HR processes in a fintech company specializing in international payments and personnel outsourcing. The relevance of the study is due to the need to improve the company's efficiency and competitiveness through the optimization of HR processes. The aim of the research is to enhance the efficiency of the personnel outsourcing business processes by developing an online platform for document management and employee work tracking. The study involved a comprehensive analysis of the current and target states of business processes, an examination of the IT solutions market, preparation of an implementation plan, and cost estimation for the project. Research methods included qualitative research such as interviews and surveys, as well as business analysis using SWOT analysis, Osterwalder's canvas, and process modeling using BPMN notation. The main results of the work include a significant increase in the efficiency of the personnel outsourcing department, reduced workload on staff, decreased risk of errors in manual data processing, improved user experience for newly hired employees, ensured document storage security through electronic signatures and deployed new platform. As a result of the project's implementation, the operational workload on the department's staff was reduced by approximately 70%, leading to a corresponding reduction in administrative costs for employee wages. The obtained results are practically significant and can be used to further improve the efficiency of HR processes in the fintech company, contributing to its sustainable development and enhancing the quality of services provided. This study also highlights the importance of integrating modern technologies into business processes to achieve high productivity and competitive advantage.
