Improving Sales and Operations Planning on the Example of the Marketplace "Yandex Market"

At the moment, the e-commerce market continues to demonstrate rapid growth and dynamic development. Due to the high growth rates of the industry, marketplaces face difficulties in sales and operations planning processes that directly affect the functioning of companies' supply chains, specifically the distribution of products across their logistics facilities. The purpose of the research is to improve the process of sales and operations planning in the company and to create a collaborative supply chain with a high level of synchronization. In the first chapter of the work, the activities of the focus company will be analyzed, in the second part of the work, the theoretical aspects of integrated planning, tools for improving its effectiveness, as well as the specifics of the planning process in the field of e-commerce will be considered and studied. In the final chapter, proposals for improving the sales and operations planning process will be described and the economic effect of the proposed implementations will be calculated. The result of this work is the development of a procedure to improve the process of sales and operations planning in the focus company, the implementation of which will significantly increase the efficiency of the planning department, as well as will have a positive impact on its financial performance. This final qualifying work consists of 107 pages, contains 28 figures, 18 tables and 3 appendices. The list of references includes 42 sources.
