In the face of growing competition and increased customer expectations, the fitness industry requires the implementation of modern technologies to improve service quality and operational efficiency. The aim of this thesis project is to develop a prototype of a SaaS (Software as a Service) based digital service aimed at automating and optimizing the business processes of a fitness club. The research begins with an analysis of the current issues faced by fitness clubs, including schedule management, attendance tracking, payment processing, and customer interaction. Based on the identified problems and needs, a concept for a digital service was developed. This service includes functional modules for schedule management, class booking, attendance tracking, payment automation, and client communication through a mobile application. The development of the prototype included several stages, starting with the creation of user interfaces and ending with integration with external payment and analytics systems. Special attention was given to data security and the usability of the service for both club administrators and clients. The result of the work is a prototype of a digital service that enables fitness clubs to significantly enhance operational efficiency, reduce administrative costs, and improve customer service quality. Conducted testing and feedback from potential users confirmed the demand and practical value of the developed solution.
