This graduate qualification work is devoted to the analysis, modeling and optimization of business processes at the enterprise for the production of frozen semi-finished products. In the context of increasing competition and higher requirements for product quality, as well as against the background of constantly changing market requirements, the relevance of business process optimization becomes obvious. The work includes a thorough analysis of the company, specification of the applied problem of the company, identification of inefficient business processes of the company and development of recommendations for their improvement. The author is going to offer optimization solutions aimed at reducing costs and increasing the productivity of the enterprise.
