Development of an Analytical Solution to Support the Transportation Planning Process

In this final qualifying work, the problem of optimizing logistics processes in the Amatti Center company, specializing in the production of disposable piezo and silicon lighters, is considered. The work is aimed at developing an analytical solution to support the transportation planning process, which is relevant in the context of changes in the global market caused by international sanctions and the political situation. The research includes an analysis of the company's current logistics processes, identification of key problems and barriers, as well as an overview of existing methods and tools for logistics optimization. In the course of the work, a solution concept is proposed, including the development and application of algorithms to support the process of planning delivery routes, as well as an assessment of the economic and organizational effectiveness of the proposed solution. The results of the study can be used to improve the company's logistics strategy and increase its competitiveness in the market. The work consists of 89 pages, 10 tables and 6 figures.
