Designing Built-in Business Process Models for Project Management in an Energy Company

The topic of my graduate qualification work is "Automation of project management in an energy company". The purpose of my work was to develop a plan to automate business processes related to the management of project activities through the implementation of project management information system (PMIS) ELMA365 Projects in the energy company "Permenergo". My tasks included analyzing the company's activities, studying the current project management processes, identifying problems requiring information support, justifying the need for an IPMS implementation plan, determining the requirements for the IPMS, analyzing the software market and justifying the choice of system, developing an IPMS implementation plan, and calculating the economic efficiency of implementation. The relevance of my work is due to the need to automate project management processes to increase the efficiency of projects and improve the manageability of project activities of the company. My sources of information were data from research literature, official Internet resources and analytical agencies. The results of my research, presented in the form of a plan for automating business processes and implementing a project management information system, can be used in the implementation of the project automation project at Permenergo energy company.
