This paper aims to propose relevant changes in the warehouse system of the trading company BLCV, to improve the performance of the entire company, as well as cross-functional coordination of this system with other departments of the company. Thus, when analyzing this problem, it was revealed that the task of improving the warehouse structure should be done in a complex. Thus, it was revealed that in order to determine the indicators of warehouse improvement, it is necessary to first analyze the distribution network.
