This thesis addresses the issue of automating logistics processes at a meat production enterprise. In the current environment of intense competition and high quality standards, the implementation of modern information systems and technologies plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of the enterprise. The objective of this work is to research and develop a set of measures for implementing an ERP system to automate logistics processes, thereby optimizing inventory management, reducing transportation costs, improving product accounting accuracy, and enhancing customer service levels. The first chapter provides an overview of the theoretical foundations of project management for automation, exploring approaches to business process modeling and optimization using BPM (Business Process Management). It also outlines the principles of selecting and implementing ERP systems in food industry enterprises. The second chapter is devoted to analyzing the current state of logistics processes at the enterprise, identifying problems and bottlenecks, and formulating requirements for the automated system. It describes the methods of data collection and analysis used to assess the efficiency of existing processes. The third chapter presents the logistics process automation project, including the software selection, implementation plan, system architecture development, and integration with other corporate systems. Examples of process modeling and optimization using BPM are provided, along with the results of testing and evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed solutions. The concluding chapter contains findings from the research, recommendations for further system development, and an evaluation of the expected benefits of the implementation. Special attention is given to risk management and monitoring results after the system is launched into operation. The thesis includes a detailed analysis of the economic feasibility of implementing an ERP system, a description of the project methodology, and recommendations for system support and development post-implementation. Automating logistics processes will enable the enterprise to not only improve operational efficiency but also enhance product quality and customer satisfaction, which is a significant competitive advantage in the dynamic meat production market.
