International Expansion Strategy of the Company Akhmadullina Dreams

The consultancy project focuses on creating recommendations for Russian brand Akhmadullina Dreams to enter the UAE market and achieve its expansion goals — to increase the company's profits and expand the target market. The company aims to expand its operations by entering a new international market, which caters to the large Russian demographic, and the UAE has been selected as the preferred entry point by the company. The organization's request entails analyzing the region and presenting the market entry strategy. During the project development the main goals were achieved: the company's business structure was analyzed using relative tools; research was made on the UAE market and its competition; multidomestic and foreign direct investment strategies were chosen for the selected market; international marketing, logistics, legal, organizational and operational strategies were developed; potential risks and effectiveness of the expansion were evaluated.
