Social (External) Assessment of Success as a Motivator for Professional Development of an Individual

This work explores the social (external) evaluation of success as a motivator of professional development of an individual. The research is aimed at studying the main psychoanalytic factors influencing human success, as well as at identifying the role of social recognition and support in achieving professional growth. The theoretical part of the work includes the analysis of different approaches to understanding the phenomenon of success in the works of psychoanalysts and social psychologists, the difference between the concepts of "success" and "success", as well as the determinants of success in modern Russian society. Special attention is paid to the influence of parental figure on the formation of motivation and aspirations. The empirical part of the study is based on the data of the survey of civil servants and entrepreneurs. The results show that success is perceived through the prism of financial well-being and professional realization. The author emphasizes the importance of parental support in childhood and its influence on the aspiration for success in adulthood. The work emphasizes the importance of a comprehensive approach to the study of success, which includes social, personal and spiritual aspects, as well as the awareness of the possibility of actively influencing the conditions of one's existence. The results obtained may be useful for further research in the field of psychoanalytic business counseling and development of personal growth programs.
