Corporate Culture in a Hybrid Work Model: Issues and Transformation Directions

The traditional workspace paradigm has undergone tremendous changes due to the global Covid-19 pandemic. During the existence of more flexible employment models, it has become clear that the hybrid work model has firmly established itself in most organizations worldwide. However, despite all the advantages of this model, there is a risk of weakening organizational culture, which can lead to negative consequences for the company. The essence of this study lies in diagnosing the organizational culture of the ANCOR company to identify methods of managing the corporate culture in a hybrid work model, as well as formulating corresponding recommendations aimed at maintaining the company organizational culture in a hybrid work model. This empirical study consists of an introduction, two main chapters, a conclusion, and a reference list. The first chapter is dedicated to theoretical approaches to studying organizational culture in a hybrid work model. It studies the phenomenon of organizational culture, examines and analyzes methods for diagnosing organizational culture, defines the concept of a hybrid work format, and discusses existing methods of managing organizational culture in a hybrid work model. The second chapter describes the practical research: a brief description of the empirical object is given, the methodology and stages of the research are determined. The concluding part of the work describes the achieved results and formulates corresponding recommendations that can help companies to more flexibly respond to changing working conditions, adapt, and if necessary, adjust the unique culture of their company.
