Training Program Development for Enhancing Employee Creativity at ANO FVE «Leader»

One of the tools used to maintain the company's competitiveness in the market is the creation of a new concept of personnel management, which involves the possibility of developing and realising the creative potential of employees. This work is aimed at studying the concept of employee creativity and its impact on business development, as well as identifying factors and methods that can contribute to the development of creativity in the work environment. The purpose of this thesis is to develop a training on the development of employee creativity in ANO DPO ‘Leader’. The practical significance of the research lies in the development of specific recommendations and tools for the development of employee creativity, which can be used in the practice of personnel management. The proposed training can become an effective tool for HR-managers and managers seeking to increase the innovative potential of their teams. In order to achieve the goal of the work, the research was carried out on the basis of quantitative analysis: questionnaire survey of 29 employees of the company ANO DPO ‘Leader’.
