Development of Strategy for Launching the Production of Dental Materials and the Company's Entry Into the Market

This final qualifying work focuses on developing a strategy for launching the production of dental materials for a company. The research includes market analysis, assessment of consumer preferences, the formation of strategic alternatives considering the company's strengths and weaknesses, as well as the development of a detailed implementation plan. The main methods used in the work include PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces methodology, in-depth interviews based on Customer Development, market segmentation, strategic tools, and project management tools. The result of the research is a developed strategy for AlphaDent aimed at the successful market entry of the products and sustainable development of the company.
