Optimization of Recruitment Process in the Company

This final qualification work is devoted to the research and improvement of the recruitment process in the company "Conscript Support Center". The paper examines in detail the theoretical basis of the process approach to recruitment, including the essence of the process approach and its place in the human resource management system. Special attention is paid to the assessment of the recruitment process, methods of analyzing the effectiveness of this process and factors influencing the success of the selection of candidates. The analysis of the recruitment process in the company "Conscript Support Center" has been carried out, the main problems have been identified and recommendations for their solution have been proposed. The work contains practical recommendations for improving the recruitment process, including improving the efficiency of individual stages of the process, optimizing vacancy texts, improving communication with potential candidates and increasing the level of attracting qualified specialists. The results of the study can be useful for companies seeking to improve the efficiency of the recruitment process and ensure the successful development of their business.
