This thesis is dedicated to developing a strategy for the Russian audit company Kept JSC to enter the international market. The main focus is on analyzing internal and external factors influencing the company's potential expansion into new geographical regions. The first chapter examines the evolution of auditing in Russia, recent changes and challenges in the Russian audit market, and the competitive advantages of the Kept company. The second chapter explores theories and models of internationalization that could be applicable for the company's entry into a new market. It analyzes strategies of multinational firms, the selection of a country for expansion, and the corresponding internationalization strategy. The third chapter is devoted to developing a detailed internationalization plan. This includes selecting a country for entry, analyzing its market, and developing an operational action plan. Following the analysis, the UAE emerged as the most attractive country for expanding the geographical presence of the Kept company. The thesis includes an analysis of the external environment, including political, economic, social, technological, environmental, and legal factors, as well as competitive analysis using Porter's model. The presented data underscore the importance of adapting to changes and the necessity of conducting thorough preliminary analysis for successful entry into the international market. The thesis makes a significant contribution to understanding the strategic aspects of internationalization for Russian audit companies and offers practical recommendations for implementation.
