Strategy for Scaling the Presence of the BOTTEC in CIS Countries

This research paper will consider the process of BOTTEC's entry into the market of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), specializing in the development of chatbots for the Telegram messenger. The research is aimed at creating an hourly plan for the company's entry into the CIS market and the company's adaptation in the context of various economic and cultural characteristics of these regions. The work will use qualitative analysis methods, including interviews with key company executives and analysis of available financial statements, as well as consumer surveys to identify their preferences and satisfaction with the company's products. Central attention will be paid to the study of the mechanisms of adaptation of the company's products and services to the specific requirements and preferences of consumers in these countries, the analysis of cultural contexts and preferences within the selected market. Special attention will be paid to the study of the competitive environment in the selected countries, which will identify potential key success factors of the company and identify areas for further development and innovation. The results of this study should be a detailed step-by-step plan that will help BOTTEC successfully adapt its products to the needs and expectations of consumers in the CIS, as well as implement an effective marketing strategy that will contribute to the company's international expansion.
