Over the past few years, cultural centers and museums around the world have actively embraced modern technologies and approaches in their projects to enhance audience engagement and meet their needs. The use of innovative tools in the creative industries has become a necessary factor for maintaining competitiveness in both local and global markets. The organization from the creative industries considered in this work is Center "Zotov" — a multifunctional cultural center in Moscow specializing in the era of constructivism in Russia. The main goal of this work was to develop a business plan for a new exhibition at Center "Zotov", where neural networks will become its key artistic component, allowing each visitor to have an engaging experience with modern artificial intelligence technologies. The launch of this project will help the center attract a new audience, increase sales, and outpace competitors in the use of modern technologies in art. The first chapter analyzes scientific publications on business planning in the creative industries and the application of artificial intelligence in exhibitions, as well as an analysis of the current activities of Center "Zotov". The second chapter includes an analysis of the external and internal environment of the center using PEST analysis, Porter's Five Forces model, key success factors analysis, organizational structure, and the company's business model. The third chapter is dedicated to the development of the business plan for the exhibition at Center "Zotov", consisting of marketing and sales plans, organizational, operational, and financial plans, and risk analysis. The result of this work is a business plan for the development and launch of an exhibition on the main figures of the constructivism era, represented as their neural network copies.
