As a result of the work, a number of key factors were identified that need to be taken into account when forming an effective educational strategy. Having analyzed existing approaches to corporate training and their applicability in the company context, a training model based on modern methodologies and technologies was developed. This model provides not only an in-depth study of work processes, but also the development of personal competencies of employees, which, in turn, helps to increase their motivation and increase their work efficiency. An important result was the creation of a training program focused on the real needs of the company and the capabilities of its educational system. Particular attention in the program is paid to unlocking the potential of young specialists and their adaptation to the corporate culture of Gazprom Pererabotka LLC. The conclusion is supplemented by a list of practical recommendations, the implementation of which can speed up the process of integrating the developed training system. The recommendations are aimed at improving communications between employees and management, optimizing training courses and improving the quality of educational content. The study showed that the introduction of a systematic employee training program is a strategically important step for the development of Gazprom Pererabotka LLC.
