Diagnostics and Improvement of Processes for the Development and Production of Innovative Equipment

This final qualification work is dedicated to the diagnosis and optimization of business processes for the development and production of innovative equipment at Novomet-Perm. During the course of this work, a diagnosis of business processes was conducted, as well as an analysis of best practices for evaluating innovative equipment. The diagnosis revealed that the company is facing problems with outdated business processes and a lack of an automated system for determining the type of innovative equipment needed. Based on these findings, recommendations were made for implementing optimized processes (TO-BE) and creating modal windows to improve business processes for developing and producing innovative equipment. These recommendations have been considered in terms of their feasibility for implementation in an industrial enterprise's operations.
