Simulation Modeling Methods and Data Mining Methods Integration for Logistics Process Design

This work is devoted to the creation of a methodology for the integration of simulation modeling methods and Data Mining methods for the design and optimization of business processes. Every day, thousands of organizations and entrepreneurs strive for success by strengthening the interaction between customers, different markets and advanced technologies. Against this background, they are constantly looking for solutions to improve the efficiency of designing newly emerging business processes, as well as analyzing and improving existing ones. The final qualification work is aimed at studying and analyzing the effectiveness of the considered methods in the context of using them to increase the efficiency of design and improve the quality of various business processes. For simulation , the software product of the Russian company AnyLogic is used in the work. The simulation results are processed and improved using the Orange software, as well as software code in the Python programming language. The results of the work show exactly which methods should be used to work with business processes, it shows the impact on their quality and performance in general. The work contains 49 pages, 3 chapters, 31 illustrations, 16 sources.
