This master's thesis is devoted to the study of the parameters of the organizational role of top managers, which reduce the effectiveness of their functioning in the role, using the Organizational Role Analysis method in the system-psychodynamic approach, as well as the creation of practically applicable detailing based on the identified specific parameters. Based on the research results, a Matrix of Organizational Role Parameters (applicable to top managers) was constructed, which also noted some interrelationship between these parameters. This Matrix can help reduce the time required for the diagnostic part of coaching to improve the effectiveness of top managers through Organizational Role Analysis and quickly identify the real essence of problems. Also, during the research process, a contribution was made to the development of the Organizational Role Analysis method itself, by creating a description of the detailed generalized structure of the process of carrying out this method in an individual coaching format from the point of view of practical applicability, which was not previously available in the psychodynamic literature. For this purpose, the described experience of working in this method by more than 10 authors, who are key figures in its development, was used. The results of the research described in the article can be used in coaching practice by psychodynamic coaches who want to use the Organizational Role Analysis method when working with company executives, in light of the trend towards increasing the effectiveness of top managers.
