Development of Business Requirements of Digital Product Mobile Version

The graduate qualification thesis examines the process of creating effective and competitive digital products. The research focuses on the development of business requirements that take into account both current trends and market opportunities as well as user needs. The research adopts a product approach with an increased focus on the value of the solution to the user. The implication is that by focusing on creating value for the user, quality and successful products can be created. The thesis analyses existing technologies, methods of product development and their adaptation to changing market conditions. The algorithm of business requirements development proposed by the author demonstrates how a systematic understanding of the goals and context of the project can contribute to the creation of a functionally and commercially successful product. The results of the paper present the business requirements that will form the basis for the development of a mobile version of a digital product.
