«Psychoanalytic Approach to Leaders Influence on Corporate Culture» The purpose of the work is to investigate the relationship between the personality of the leader and the corporate culture of the organization. The key hypothesis is that the individual personality traits of the leader have a significant influence on the formation and transformation of corporate culture. The work provides a psychoanalytic analysis of the role and significance of the figure of the leader in the organization. It is concluded that the personality and character of the leader play a key role in the formation and change of corporate culture from the point of view of the psychoanalytic approach. The results of this study can be useful for understanding the mechanisms of corporate culture formation, as well as for effective management of changes in corporate culture within the organization.
