Formation of a Business Model and Financial Assessment of the Activities of a Construction Company Using the Example of the LLC SOYUZ

This final qualifying work explores the formation of a business model and the financial assessment of the activities of the construction company LLC "SOYUZ" operating in the real estate market of the city of Saratov and the Saratov region. The work includes a detailed analysis of the companys current business model, an assessment of the regional construction industry market, and the development of recommendations for improving the business model in response to modern challenges and market demands. The first chapter investigates the corporate structure and existing business model of LLC "SOYUZ" analyzes the market for construction services in the Saratov region, and identifies key problems and opportunities for the company. The second chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of forming business models in the construction industry, analyzes successful practices of other companies, and examines the implementation of the New Product Development concept in the construction industry. The third chapter evaluates the impact of the proposed recommendations for improving the business model of LLC "SOYUZ" on its financial performance, including the analysis of the implementation of BIM technology, the assessment of the effectiveness of apartment construction, and the creation of management companies based on residential complexes. The research results lead to the formation of an improved business model and conclude that the proposed recommendations should be implemented in the company. This will enable it to adapt to changing market conditions, improve financial performance, and strengthen its position in the real estate market of Saratov and the Saratov region.
