The Chatu project aims to create a startup that sells high-quality Chinese tea on the Russian market. This project is relevant due to the increasing interest in a healthy lifestyle and growing demand for quality products. However, there is a problem with the lack of high-quality tea in Russia and the poor packaging and promotion strategies of existing products. This problem was confirmed through quantitative and qualitative research. To solve this problem, we have developed a unique packaging system that ensures the safety of the tea and selects high-quality varieties for our assortment. We also plan to promote our products through an affiliate network and digital marketing channels. As a result, we have created a product that meets the demands of the market and made our first sales. The research we conducted has confirmed the effectiveness of our chosen strategy, demonstrating its high potential for profitability and steady growth in sales.
