Modern companies strive to improve their efficiency and competitiveness by implementing effective business process management. This allows them to increase control and transparency over their activities, leading to improved quality of goods and services. The process approach can be applied to organizations of various types, including project-oriented companies. At the moment, the company is facing a challenge in terms of adhering to project restrictions. We have conducted research to identify problem areas, model and analyze the development process in order to develop measures for improvement. To achieve this goal, we have studied the theoretical aspects of the process approach as well as various methods for modeling and analyzing business processes. We selected the most appropriate instruments and applied them in our diagnosis. The result of our study is a set of solutions designed to improve the development process.
