New Product Development

According to the RAEC, the Russian digital services market grew by 29% in 2022. However, this market is constantly changing, with new players entering and old platforms leaving. To remain competitive, companies must continuously develop and introduce new products. This research aims to create and launch a new service for the SERM market by the Perm digital agency Umniy Marketing. As part of the project, the internal and external environment of the company was analyzed. Based on this analysis, the researcher developed a Product Road Map, business model, and MVP for the service, as well as a launch plan that was partially implemented. Based on the results of the initial MVP testing, the author has formulated a set of recommendations for future product development.
