The master's thesis was completed as part of the course of systemic family psychotherapy. The purpose of this study is to study the characteristics of attitudes and role expectations from a partner in people who define themselves as a person raised by one parent. The sample consisted of 237 people. The general hypothesis that people who consider themselves raised by one parent have different attitudes and role expectations from a partner than people who consider themselves raised by two parents was confirmed. The results indicate that people who consider themselves raised by a single parent are characterized by stronger relationships between attitudes toward children, family, sex, and various aspects of role expectations from a partner, especially in the areas of parenting, emotional intimacy, and joint activities. This group shows more strong correlations between different attitudes and role expectations.
