Graduation Qualification Work on the Topic: Analysis and Improvement of the Appointment Booking Business Process in a Veterinary Clinic Author of the work: Yekaterina Ivanovna Dyuzhikova The graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first chapter presents an analysis and business process. It includes an analysis of the clinic, an analysis of existing solutions, the development and analysis of the "as-is" business process model, the formulation of automation tasks, and the development of the "to-be" business process model. The second chapter describes the stages of system design, including the creation of use case, activity, and architecture diagrams, as well as the design of the database and user interface. The third chapter involves the selection of the technology stack, programming the main functionality of the developed web application prototype. It includes a description of software modules and the software implementation of the information system. The result of the graduation qualification work is the developed "to-be" business process model, the technical assignment, and the developed prototype of the information system for automating the client appointment booking process in a veterinary clinic. The work consists of 47 pages of main text, contains 24 illustrations and 10 tables. The bibliographic list contains 19 titles, and 1 appendix.
