Analysis of Corporate Culture at ANO NCCA «Studio Tikhaya»

The purpose of this study is to analyze the corporate culture in ANO NCSI “Studio Tikhaya”. To realize this research, the concept of corporate culture was considered, including classifications, ways of diagnostics and methods of development. In addition, for a better understanding of the features, the company and staff were characterized. Three methods for diagnosing corporate culture were used in the work - two quantitative methods (questionnaires of K. Cameron and D. Denison) and one qualitative (interview based on E. Shane's model). As a result of the work, a comprehensive portrait of corporate culture in the studio was compiled and recommendations were developed, which can not only support the existing corporate culture in the studio, but also develop the lagging areas.
