Improving a Company's Promotion Program

In modern conditions, leisure companies need to implement comprehensive promotion programs in order to maintain a high level of competitiveness, ensure a constant process of attracting and retaining customers. The purpose of the study is to develop measures to improve the promotion program for the new VR park of Warpoint in Perm. To achieve this goal, the company's current promotion program was analyzed, a study of its target audience was conducted, which made it possible to identify the main directions for improving the promotion program, and offer new tools that will attract and retain customers.
