Company Competitive Advantages Creation in the Market of Laser Cutting Products Made of Plywood

In today's world, where competition is becoming more global every day, the formation and maintenance of competitive advantages is becoming an important aspect for companies of all sizes and types of activity. First of all, this is important for the market segment related to plywood laser cutting products, where technological progress and innovation play a key role in attracting and retaining customers. Laser cutting, as one of the leading technologies for processing various materials, provides companies with significant prospects for building competitive advantages. The purpose of my work is to identify the most effective strategies for creating competitive advantages in the market of plywood laser cutting products in practice of the DTRD company, taking into account current market trends. To achieve this goal, you must complete the following tasks: Analysis of the current state of the market; Identification of the main factors of competitive advantage in this market; Analysis of the competitive environment; Analysis of consumer demand; Identification of the main market players; Analysis of competitors' strategies; Drawing up the most effective strategies for the formation of competitive advantages for the market of laser cutting products made of plywood. The object of research is the market of laser cutting products made of plywood. The subject of the study is the process of forming competitive advantages in the market of laser cutting products made of plywood. To form competitive advantages, it is initially necessary to analyze both internal and external factors that affect the competitiveness of the company, including such studies as market growth trends, technical resources, the quality of the products offered, the marketing plan, as well as the level of customer service and feedback. The main sources of information for this study are various studies and scientific papers on the topic of competitive advantages and strategic management, as well as articles in academic journals devoted to laser cutting technology and the production of plywood products. Thus, this study will allow not only the DTRD company, but also other organizations in this field to manage their capabilities more effectively, develop appropriate concepts for development and differentiation in the market, as well as ensure long-term competitiveness and stability in the market of laser cutting products from plywood. The final qualification work consists of an introduction, 3 chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and appendices. The first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of competitive advantages, as well as the effect of their implementation in the company's strategy. The second chapter analyzes consumer demand and supply, as well as compares the various online platforms on which these products are presented. The main competitors are identified. The third chapter analyzes the technology of laser cutting and various machines. Recommendations on the formation of competitive advantages in the market of laser cutting products from plywood are being developed.
