In today's highly competitive market, companies are constantly looking for tools that can help them increase the monetary value of their customers. Customer relationship management allows companies to increase their revenues through focusing on increasing customer loyalty and the proportion of returning customers. It is known that the capacity of the studied company is used only by 50% due to insufficient customer flow. The research will focus on developing a customer relationship strategy for the medical laboratory of the «Philosophy of Beauty and Health» medical center. Information about the company's market and competitors, as well as data about its customers, will be analyzed, as a result of which a customer relationship strategy that will help the company increase its profits by increasing the flow of customers will be developed.
