Educational Programme: Business Administration (Bachelor)

Year of Graduation: 2024

In light of the pressing need for specialized technical staff within the energy sector, this study sets out to devise and appraise a strategic initiative aimed at recruiting new generation technical specialists to Company X, a leading entity in the energy industry grappling with severe staffing deficits. With a particular focus on leveraging the existing talent pool within specialized educational institutions, the project suggests the implementation of targeted internship programs coupled with an enhancement of the company's HR branding as pivotal recruitment tools. The methodology pivots from primary data collection to an analysis of internal company statistics and existing internship efforts, alongside industry-wide data on technical staff shortages. Expected outcomes include a detailed analysis of the current shortfall in technical specialists, the development of an internship program that resonates with the career aspirations of emerging technical professionals, and an HR-brand strategy that elevates Company X as a prime employment destination. This approach is anticipated to markedly bolster Company X's capabilities in attracting and retaining essential technical talent, thereby reinforcing its competitive edge and capacity in the energy sector.
