The relevance of the research topic is the necessity to explore co-working as a form of business model, which involves the organisation of a co-working space where people rent workspaces and use the offered services. Entrepreneurs are often faced with poor options while searching for a space to house their business, especially in the initial stage when financial resources are limited. The objective of the work is to develop a roadmap and to introduce the co-working service on the market on the example of the "Ural" hotel. In the course of the research we formulated a SWOT-analysis of the "Ural" hotel (location of co-working). We analysed the market using the following methods: TAM, SAM, SOM, benchmarking and competitor analysis. The need for opening a co-working on the basis of the "Ural" hotel was determined by the following methods: semi-structured interview, survey and Customer Development. Co-working service characteristics were described, space zoning and pricing were formed. We developed a roadmap for attracting the target audience in the form of a Gantt chart. Profitability of bringing the service of co-working on the basis of the "Ural" hotel to the market is analysed. Keywords: creation, launching, service, co-working, workspace, profitability, roadmap
