Development of Digital HR Product in Organization

This research is aimed at studying and developing a digital HR product in the company, in order to increase the level of automation of the recruitment process, optimize the recruiting system and systematize a large amount of data. To achieve this goal, an analysis of documentation was carried out, monitoring of the recruitment process in the company was included, a survey among employees of the organization was conducted, interviews with heads of departments were conducted, and the market of CRM systems was studied. The results of the study will reveal the key problems of the current recruiting system, the needs of the company and the expectations of employees from the product being developed. The developed product, as well as the conclusions of the study, will be useful both for the company's management staff and for the company as a whole.
