Year of Graduation: 2024

In the digital environment, it is becoming increasingly difficult to interest potential consumers - it is not enough just to provide a quality product. Now it is necessary to pay attention to building communications with consumers, which increases the influence of promotion. Comprehensive work on it helps to change consumer behavior and allows the company to successfully achieve its goals. The development of a promotion program for the catering company Chadov's catering is aimed at attracting new customers. In the course of work the theoretical aspects of promotion of goods and services were considered. Also, the company's activity and environment were analyzed, interviews with customers were conducted, a Customer Journey Map (CJM) was built and barriers to the target action were identified. Based on the results obtained, a program of activities to promote the company was developed.
