The market for sewing and selling curtains in Russia is a significant part of the home furnishings industry. Due to the political situation, this market has undergone changes in the last two years. Large companies with a large share of the market have left it, which has opened up new opportunities for smaller manufacturers and retailers. Various marketplaces have started to develop actively, taking market share from small offline companies. Consumer preferences have started to change and the trend towards online commerce is gaining popularity. These factors are prompting marketplace players to develop business development strategies to maintain a competitive position. The object of study in this paper is Textile Paradise Company. The organization has two offline shops operating in the city of Vladimir. The main activity is the production and sale of curtains and accessories for them by individual customer order. The target audience of the company is women aged 25 to 60 years old. The subject of this study is the development strategy of the company "Textile Paradise". The analyzed company faced the problem of revenue reduction. The sales of the organization have decreased, also it is possible to observe the outflow of clients. "Textile Paradise" exists on the market of Vladimir for quite a long time, the management is faced with the task of solving the problem of stagnation and at the same time choosing the direction of development, because it is necessary to develop both in terms of sales and strategically. In order to maintain its competitive position, "Textile Paradise" should be engaged in the transformation of development strategy. The purpose of the work is to develop sound recommendations for further strategic development of the company "Textile Paradise" in connection with the developing trends in the market of sewing and selling curtains. As a result of this research, detailed recommendations for strategic business development will be formed, which will be useful for strategic planning of the future of the company "Textile Paradise".
