This paper identifies the main trends in HRM in organizations in the digital economy. Using the example of data obtained as a result of conducting a survey in domestic banks, the main patterns of transformational processes in corporate HR systems are determined. The above-mentioned survey was conducted by sending a form to the heads of departments, teams, directions or groups that are part of the HR departments of the banks selected to participate in the study. The decision to include an organization in the list of respondents for the survey is made on the basis of economic indicators (in particular, the volume of net profit) that it demonstrated in the period from 2021 to 2023. The survey form consists of 18 questions covering various aspects of the HR department's activities. Based on the results of the analysis of data obtained as a result of the author's participation in the survey of 67 respondents from 32 organizations, the main trends for HR departments of organizations in the digital economy were formulated, the most significant prerequisites and amplifiers for the transformation of HR practices in companies were identified, and those models of HR transformation were highlighted (from a study made by McKinsey company), whose features emerge more often.
